Mckennys
Jeff and Rosanne Mckenney established the Cornerstone Foundation in 1992 and have been serving at Hospital Loma de Luz since 2000. Jeff, president of Cornerstone Foundation, is a surgeon who felt a clear call to medical missions as a teenager and served on many short and medium term mission trips around the world during his years of training, US Naval service, and early practice.
Rosanne, the daughter of missionaries to Italy, is a nurse. She has created an outreach ministry in the local village school through offerings of art classes, a literacy mentoring program, a school milk program, and a growing number of other offerings made possible by joint efforts of the local teachers and of the missionary community.
The Mckenneys’ vision for The Cornerstone Foundation is one of a diverse community of Christian believers cooperating to provide medical care and a constant, on-going hearing of the gospel of Jesus Christ through medical ministry and a variety of other community services.
Jeff and Rosanne and their children—Nate (12/4/91), Gabe (7/7/93) and Hannah (11/19/97)—covet your prayers for safety, wisdom, peace and grace.
