Under Honduran law, medications that are past marked expiration dates cannot pass Honduran import inspection — therefore the expiration date should not be less than six months away when sent to the Cornerstone Foundation office.

    • Digoxin- tablets, IV, even pediatric solution
    • Amiodarone- tablets and IV

    • Diltiazem, Verapamil- tablets and IV
    • Dopamine
    • Lovenox
    • Coumadin
    • Lidocaine IV
    • Procainamide IV
• Cardura (doxazosin), & Hytrin (terazosin) for BPH
• Hypoglycemics - Sulfonureas, Metformin, Actos, Avandia
• Proton Pump Inhibitors(Pantoprazole, Lansoprazole)
• H2 Blockers (Ranitidine, even Cimetidine IV)
• Antibiotics: tablets, suspensions, or parenteral
  • Cephalosporins - Keflex, Cefuroxime, Rocephin

  Topical antibiotics for skin, & drops for ears

• small gauze squares (2x2's and 4x4's)
• capillary tubes (with or without heparin)

• syringes- from 3cc to 10cc sizes

• good cast cutter (two) w/blades (? check with Peggy and/or Jeff)

• From the Diabetes Store (www.diabetesstore.com) test strips ("wide strips") to fit the Prestige IQ glucometers
• Microscopic slides
• Microscope cover glasses (glass) 22 x 22 mm
• cotton balls or cotton rolls
• 10–15 vials 100/ea of urine sticks or strips (the sort with 10 indicators on each stick) for routine urine analysis
• 4–5 ml vacutainers with red tops
• 4–5 ml vacutainers with purple tops—EDTA
• From the Cynmar Corp. (www.cynmar.com / 800 754 5154) mechanical lab counters for hematology differential
• Scissors
• Scrubs
